FAQ

Common questions.

  • How long will my dog be there? +

    Two to three hours, start to finish. Drop-off windows are 7:30 – 10:30 AM, pickup at 2 PM. Your dog is with a groomer the whole time — no all-day waits.

  • Do you do specific breed cuts? +

    Yes. Tell us the look you want (or send a reference photo at booking) and we'll work to it. Breed-standard cuts, teddy/puppy cuts, asymmetric pet cuts, and continental clips for poodles all welcome.

  • What if my dog is matted? +

    We'll assess in person. Light matting can usually be combed out. Severe matting that would be painful to brush out will need a shorter cut for welfare reasons — we'll tell you up front and never charge for de-matting we shouldn't be doing.

  • Can I add an extra? +

    Yes. De-shed, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, blueberry facial, and flea & tick are all available — see the Add-ons section.
