Drop-off windows are 7:30 – 10:30 AM, pickup at 2 PM. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately and a reminder before your appointment.
First-time client? Use the new-client intake form instead — it captures everything we need (your pet's age, breed, behavior notes, and the services & add-ons you'd like) and emails us directly.
First time
Bring proof of vaccinations (rabies + DHPP for dogs, FVRCP for cats).
Cancellations
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
